Become a qualified Commercial Energy Assessor (Non-Domestic Energy Assessor – NDEA) with our City & Guilds-approved Level 3 & Level 4 qualification, delivered through four days of live online training. This course is designed for learners who want to gain the knowledge and practical skills required to carry out Commercial Energy Performance Certificate (Commercial EPC) assessments on non-domestic buildings, while benefiting from expert tutor support throughout their learning journey.
Live tutor-led classes are delivered online via Zoom, providing an interactive learning environment where you can engage with experienced industry professionals, ask questions in real time and take part in practical demonstrations using approved SBEM software. Assessment & Assignment
To achieve your Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor qualification, you will complete a portfolio consisting of five domestic property assessments together with the required portfolio assignments. Following the weekend training, your dedicated tutor will continue to support you by providing guidance on carrying out property assessments, using EPC software, gathering portfolio evidence and successfully completing your assignments.
