Enrolling in this CPD-certified module will not only provide you with 1 hour of continuing professional development but also equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role as an EPC assessor. Remember, all EPC assessors are required to complete 10 hours of CPD per year.

You will learn about:

• How to assess and annexe
• When and how to add an outbuilding to an EPC
• How do solar panels work?
• How do you enter data into RdSAP software?

Convenience is key. This module is available for three months through our user-friendly online portal SAMS. You can read through the module at your own pace and take a short quiz to complete the CPD module. Upon completing the quiz, you will be emailed a CPD-certified certificate that can be presented to your accreditation scheme.

We are one of the cheapest EPC providers and are fully qualified tutors. Once certified, you can join a GOV-approved accreditation scheme of your choice. Also, you will have a free offer to join our panel to undertake the EPCs we receive in your area. We complete an average of 1000 to 2000 EPCs per month as a group of assessors.
