The course combines clear explanations with practical examples, guiding you through the correct identification and assessment of annexes, together with the collection and recording of photovoltaic (PV) system data within RdSAP. By understanding the latest guidance and common assessment scenarios, you'll be able to make confident decisions during property inspections and reduce the likelihood of assessment errors.
Once you have completed the learning module, you'll take a short online knowledge quiz within the SAMS portal. If you do not achieve the required pass mark on your first attempt, you can retake the quiz as many times as needed until you successfully pass the course. As soon as you achieve a pass, your CPD Certificate will be generated and emailed to you automatically, providing immediate evidence of your Continuing Professional Development.

After studying the learning module, you'll complete a multiple-choice quiz designed to confirm your understanding of the key principles relating to annexes, solar PV systems and their application within domestic EPC assessments. There is no limit to the number of attempts, allowing you to revisit the learning materials and retake the quiz until you achieve the required pass mark.
Once you have successfully passed the quiz, your CPD Certificate will be automatically generated and emailed to you, providing evidence of your Continuing Professional Development for your professional records.
